Bartleby is an online education service that provides homework help and learning resources to students. Its services are intended to support students with their academic work through resources suited to different learning needs and schedules.
Maintaining the quality of educational content is an important part of delivering these resources. The project addressed the internal workflows used by subject matter experts to review, edit, and improve content before it is delivered to learners.
Project Requirements
Building a Structured Content Quality Workflow for Subject Matter Experts
Bartleby required a system that could support different user roles and provide a structured process for reviewing educational content. The goal was to bring content quality checks, editing functionality, and feedback management into one workflow.
